Kune Kune Rescue & Re-homing
The BKKPS will now provide a 'Rescue and Re-homing' service for Pedigree Registered Kunekune pigs.
The details of this scheme are as follows:
- If you have a pig or pigs that need re-homing, please contact Wendy Scudamore (details on the contact page of this website)
- Any Kunekunes using this scheme will become the property of the BKKPS until rehomed.
- The BKKPS will try to find a suitable home for the animals whilst they remain in the current home, unless the circumstances are exceptional in which case the society will take delivery of or collect the pig(s) with a fee being charged.
- A maintenance fee will be charged in advance, to the current owner until the pig is rehomed. Any outstanding monies will be returned to the owner.
- There will be a standing charge for pigs going to new homes.
- Pigs for re-homing will be listed on this page.
